The long-term growth prospects of an economy depend on the trend in productivity. The importance of productivity increases as integration between markets increases.

Reducing absenteeism is currently one of the main goals of Spanish companies.

Diagnose the company's situation

  • Providing you with absenteeism reports offering you an overview of your medical absenteeism, a comparison with your company's industry, by Autonomous Community, and a wide range of analysis variables.
  • Using the reports on the cost of absenteeism prepared by FREMAP for your company, you will be able to quantify the direct costs of sick leaves for work-related and non work-related injuries and diseases.

Propose solutions to the company

  • Solutions designed based on the special features of the company analysed jointly between FREMAP's multidisciplinary team and each business organisation.
  • Company-oriented solutions, understanding that absenteeism is a phenomenon with many causal factors linked to the attitude of workers which involves work-related and social factors as well as the safety system itself.
