Claims can present:

  • In existing Complaint Forms in all FREMAP's Centres

    Submitted claims are processed and answered directly by the Mutual Society and reported to the Directorate General of Social Security Organisation. Article 73.5 of Act 35/2014 of 26 December.

  • Through the Virtual Claims Office This link will open in a pop-up window of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security Institute

    An online office of access claims public to manage the complaints of workers on the management of mutual societies. The Ministry centralises claims received and it sends them to the corresponding mutual society so that this can provide a reply that subsequently, the Ministry brings over to the citizen.

Claims are complaints of an administrative nature concerning the service provided by the Mutual Society and are different from legal action claims which are brought before the courts of justice.
